Amor Eterno in F#

Juan Gabriel compuso 'Amor Eterno' en 1984 para honrar a su madre fallecida. Rocío Dúrcal la grabó primero y la popularizó en toda América Latina. La interpretación de Juan Gabriel en el Palacio de Bellas Artes fue uno de los momentos más emotivos de la música mexicana moderna. Tras la muerte de 'El Divo de Juárez' en 2016, la canción volvió a los primeros lugares de las listas como homenaje.

The root motion by larger intervals (fourths and fifths) gives each chord change a strong, decisive character. When the progression loops, the bass returns from D# to F# by minor third.
