Pedro Almodóvar la usó en 'Todo Sobre Mi Madre' (1999) — Chavela Vargas interpretándola en un teatro mientras una de las protagonistas llora en el público — y ese momento la convirtió en la canción de la tristeza elegante. With no sharps or flats, C major is the theoretical home base on guitar. The open G, B, and high E strings all belong to the C major chord, creating natural sustain.
